🕒 Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

As a customer in the EU, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order—no questions asked. To start a return, just send us an email at info@londam.studio with your order number and reason for return.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags/packaging intact.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• We’ll refund the full item cost (excluding original shipping fees) within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

• Sale items (if marked as final sale)

• Gift cards

• Custom-made or limited edition products (if stated in the product description)

🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible—either with a replacement or full refund.
